Bon Bon Chicken (Bang Bang Chicken) with Sesame Sauce

Bon bon chicken with sesame sauce and sliced tomatoes and lettuce on side

Bon bon chicken is very healthy dish as it’s not stir fried or deep fried, therefore it contains less far and very popular among people who are on diet restriction.

Cooking the chicken breast slowly with the residual heat keeps the chicken moist and tender. Please be sure to check that the chicken is cooked thoroughly. For the sesame sauce, I chose to replace sugar with honey. The slightly thicker sauce, mixed in with the meat and vegetables made for a delicious meal.
