Simple Brownie made with Pancake Mix and Olive Oil

Sliced brownes with powdered sugar on top

I would say many people love brownie. Have you made it home? It’s very simple and you can make it healthier than one you buy from stores.

By using pancake mix, you can easily make brownies, which simply required some mixing. Let’s use olive oil instead of butter, which makes the brownies a bit lighter. I suggest making them during the holiday season or when you want something sweet and easy to make.
