Ingredients

  • 1 piece Bread
  • 80 g Chicken Leg
  • ½ piece Onion
  • 20 g Cheese
  • 15 g Sugar
  • 15 g Soy Sauce
  • 15 g Mirin
  • Seaweeds Shredded

Instructions

  • Slice onions in 3 millmeter thick.
  • Chop the chicken in 3 centimeter block.
  • Make a square whole in the center of the bread. Please keep the bread took out as it will be used in later process.
  • Stir fry chicken on medium heat, Once chicken gets lightly cooked, add onions and continue stir frying together.
  • Add sugar, mirin, and soy sauce to the pan and mix together.
  • Once chicken and onions are mixed with the sauce and look a bit sticky, stop the heat.
  • Put the chicken and onions into the whole of the bread.
  • Put the bread piece on top of the chicken.
  • Sprinkle shredded (pizza) cheese on top of the bread.
  • Heat the bread in oven toaster for 8 minutes.
  • Once cooked, sprinkle seaweeds on top.
