- 300 g Cabbage
- Ginger
- Garlic
- 1.5 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1.5 tbsp Mirin
- 1.5 tbsp Cooking Wine
Steam the cabbage for 20 minutes.
Ground the ginger and garlic
Put soy sauce, mirin, cooking wine, the ginger, and garlic in a pan and mix them with medium until the sauce boils.
Put the steamed cabbage on a plate and pour the sauce on top of it.
