- 130 g Kabocha Japanese Pumpkin
- ½ Bell Pepper
- ½ Onion
- White sesame seeds to taste
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Mirin sweet rice wine
- 1 tbsp Sugar
Cut the pumpkin into 5 mm pieces and the bell pepper and onion into bite-sized pieces.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the pumpkin, onion and bell pepper over medium heat.
When the ingredients are cooked, add the seasoning, turn the heat up high, and cook the mixture until it is thickened.
Sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
