Ingredients

  • 100 g Chicken Breast
  • 80 g Cabbage
  • 170 g Tomato
  • 15 g Sesame Seeds
  • 20 g Miso
  • 10 g Honey
  • 5 g Daikon Radish
  • 15 g Sesame Oil

Instructions

  • First, soak up any extra moisture from the chicken breasts using paper towels, then remove the tendons.
  • Place the chicken in a pot with water and bring it to a boil.
  • Once it is boiling, cut the heat, cover the pot, and leave for about 30 minutes.
  • While waiting, chop the cabbage, and cut the tomato into wedges. Boil, then strain the cabbage.
  • To make the Sesame sauce, mix together all of the necessary ingredients.
  • Next, once the chicken is cooked all the way through, dip it in cold water to cool it off, and use your hands to break it into smaller chunks.
  • To finish up, lay out some cabbage on your serving plates, and top it with the chicken and tomatoes.
