Ingredients

  • 80 g Pork Ribs
  • 100 g Cabbage
  • 100 g Spinach
  • 50 g Carrot
  • 15 g Chili Oil
  • 8 g Consomme
  • 15 g Soy Sauce
  • 10 g Sesame Seeds
  • Sesame oil To taste

Instructions

  • Chop cabbage and spinach in bite size.
  • Slice carrot in rectangle shape.
  • Warp a pan on medium heat with sesame oil in it.
  • Stir fry sliced pork rib.
  • Stir fry carrots and cabbages and once carrots get soft, add spinaches and continue to stir fry them.
  • Once the spinaches get softed, add the chicken soup stock, soy sauce, and chili oil. Stir fry them together.
  • Stop the heat and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
