Layout the salmon on plastic wrap, then place the sushi rice on top. Wrap the plastic wrap around the salmon and rice while shaping it into a ball. The same should be done with the egg strips.
Move the temari sushi onto a serving plate and top the salmon with little pieces of broccoli. Place the star shaped carrots along the outer rim of the plate, then you are finished.
