If you are on diet, but wanted to eat something tasty and hardy, you should consider this steamed cabbage steaks. Of course, this does not replace beef stake, but if you are bored of eating salad with same dressing, you would appreciate this taste for sure! Ingredients

  • 300 g Cabbage
  • Ginger
  • Garlic
  • 1.5 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1.5 tbsp Mirin
  • 1.5 tbsp Cooking Wine

Instructions

  • Steam the cabbage for 20 minutes.
  • Ground the ginger and garlic
  • Put soy sauce, mirin, cooking wine, the ginger, and garlic in a pan and mix them with medium until the sauce boils.
  • Put the steamed cabbage on a plate and pour the sauce on top of it.
