Ingredients
- 200 g Sweet Potato
- 30 g Butter
- 30 g Pancake Mix
- 30 g Milk
- 40 g Sugar
Instructions
- Cut the sweet potatoes into cubes, then place them into a pot with water. Boil the potato pieces until they soften.
- While still warm, mix the potato pieces together with the butter in a bowl. Then, mix in the sugar.
- Once the sugar completely melts, mix in the pancake mix and milk. Once the mixture thickens, lay a baking sheet in a pan, then pour the mixture into it.
- Bake in the oven at 200°C for 10~15 minutes. The potatoes are done once they have baked all the way through.
Notes
If you cut the sweet potatoes into smaller cubes, it makes it easier to mash and mix them. Mixing in the butter when the potatoes are still warm to ensure that the butter melts easily. All you need to do is add the mixture to a pan, bake, then serve, so this is a simple dish to make.
